Preparoo is a 100% digital service. We do not ship physical products. This policy explains how and when you receive access to the content you purchase.
All Preparoo plans are delivered electronically through our web platform at mba.preparoo.app. There are no physical goods, books, or shipments of any kind.
Instant access. Upon successful payment, access to your purchased plan is granted immediately — typically within a few seconds. You will be redirected back to your dashboard, and all paid features will unlock automatically on your account.
Confirmation email. A payment confirmation and access email is sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes of a successful transaction.
Edge cases. In rare situations (e.g., payment gateway delays, bank-side processing lag), access may take up to 24 hours to activate. If your payment was debited but you still cannot access paid features after 24 hours, email [email protected] with your payment reference ID and we will resolve it within 48 hours — or issue a full refund if access cannot be granted.
Paid plan access is valid for the CAT examination window specified at checkout. Extensions into a subsequent exam window may be requested per the terms outlined in our Terms of Use.
Preparoo works in any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile. A stable internet connection is required. There is no software to install or download.
We strive to maintain 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, if any, is communicated in advance. Unplanned outages are resolved as quickly as possible.
